In 2015, Rob and Carolyn were delighted to be the designers of that 2-day &#8220;secret meeting&#8221; that was sponsored by Sundance and Women in Film LA to figure out the path to gender parity in Hollywood with a goal of getting more women behind the camera.   &#8220;The road to gender parity, particularly in the incestuous and tangled ecosystem which is Hollywood, was never going to be a straight line.
